Subject: A stress free life is really possible!

Years ago I first came into contact with stress, when I had to make my first exam for the High School. All the tensions and pressures went through my body. Sometimes it seemed the pressure was so high that I thought that I couldn’t take it anymore.

With two deficiencies and moderate sixes I had completed it positively. After obtaining my High School diploma, the next stress already was at the door. There seemed no end to it. I had hoped that after my study, stress would be over. But nothing was less true. During my career in the ICT industry, I noticed that the stress just accumulated. Especially the combination that there was a deadline that involved much money. This really brought me to a low point.

But so I decided to just do it, and to be honest, I BELIEVED in myself. About 3 months later I lost 8 kilos, I set up my own business, I felt much better and looked even better. I can also call myself owner of an apartment in the centre of Amsterdam.
